Dragonforge (formerly Terra Factions, and before that Mystic Factions) is one of the longest-running realms on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, now rebuilt as a Lifesteal SMP: kill a player and you steal one of their hearts, die too often and you're out.
What makes it different is the map: instead of a normal survival world you drop onto your own sky island, so it plays like a mix of skyblock and lifesteal. Spawn has a server news board with change logs, feature suggestions and bug reports, plus a starter chest that hands you a full kit the moment you claim it. When you're ready, jump off spawn and you're warped to the wild.
It's fully fleshed out and active, with its own Discord community. Featured as #5 in our Top 5 Minecraft Bedrock Realms video.
